ObsCure is a survival horror franchise born in the PlayStation 2 era, at a time where Resident Evil and Silent Hill were already well known. It was created by the french company Hydravision Entertainment, who wanted to make a game that they were technically able to make. They didn't want to make a revolutionnary survival horror, they just wanted to make another one, a different one.
