Who made this site?
I'm ELPiTiFOR, I've known and loved ObsCure since I can remember. It's definitely the most important piece of art I've experienced, and also the one that has had the biggest impact on me.
I made this site alone, but I have to say I probably would have never started making it had I not joined the ObsCure-Fans Discord server. Before I joined the server, I was enjoying ObsCure on my own, alone, I couldn't share it with other people. But thanks to discovering the server, and seeing so many active people (more than I thought there would be at least), so many tools, so much content I didn't know about, etc, I got the motivation to use my skills for the community, in order to discover new stuff, make researches to be able to modify the game even further... And it even gave me the motivation to learn even more about computers and reverse engineering, so that I could unveil more details about the depths of these games.
Also, the whole idea of making a website for the fans of this franchise came to me because I was in this server and I thought it would be cool if said server had a sort of "public face". In the end, the goal of this website is to make all the information about ObsCure accessible and encourage people to join the community and participate in it, no matter if you're already an expert in the games or you are a complete newbie.
To sum up what I do in the community, I'm an admin in the Discord server, a speedrun.com moderator for ObsCure, I reverse the game files and try to reverse the game itself, and in general I use my skills to contribute to the community, may it be on my YouTube channel, on the Wiki, etc.
Until now I've done more for the community than I thought I would be able to, but there are still more things to do: finishing the researches on the game files, reverse engineering the first game, finishing my randomizer, creating new speedrun categories, finishing re-timing the runs T_T...
